Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

1. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. For free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over ₹10,000.00 (ex. GST)

Local Delivery

1. Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹10,000.00 (ex. GST) within Jaipur.
2. For orders under ₹10,000.00 (ex. GST), we charge ₹100.00 (ex. GST) for each quantity for local delivery.
3. Deliveries are made from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message, or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store Pickup

1. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Jaipur, Rajasthan. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days or as per availability of products at OEM / Distributors end. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
2. Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at billing@ziainfotech.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
