These terms are designed to ensure clarity, compliance, and mutual understanding between you (the client, visitor, or user) and Zia Infotech (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Purpose of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and platforms, including branding, web development, cloud services, marketing campaigns, consulting, and user dashboards.

Definitions

  • “Zia Infotech” refers to our company headquartered at 1052, Ram Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Jaipur – 302016, Rajasthan, India.
  • “Client/User” refers to individuals, companies, or entities using our website, requesting services, or making transactions
  • “Services” include (but are not limited to) Corporate Branding, Website Development, eCommerce, Mobile Apps, Cloud Hosting, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMS, WhatsApp, Voice Call, SaaS Apps.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into any legally binding agreement with Zia Infotech. By using our site or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service Engagement

Once you engage with any Zia Infotech service:

  • A formal quotation, invoice, or contract will be shared.
  • Work begins only after advance payment (as agreed in writing).
  • Communication will be done through official channels: email (sales@ziainfotech.com), WhatsApp (registered number), or customer portal.

Project Scope & Modifications

  • Any scope outlined in your proposal is final upon confirmation.
  • Additional changes, revisions, or modules will be chargeable.
  • Timeline estimates depend on timely approvals and material submissions from your side.

Intellectual Property

  • Zia Infotech owns rights to all custom content, code, or graphics until full payment is cleared.
  • Upon payment, rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the agreement.
  • Use of third-party templates, stock media, or APIs is subject to their licenses.

All logos, designs, and documents must be used as per licensing. Zia Infotech is not responsible for misuse by clients.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business data.
  • Avoid unauthorized disclosure of proposals, credentials, or source code.
  • Use shared materials only for project purposes.

We also sign NDAs where required.

User Accounts & Panels

If you access any dashboard or login panel (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Cloud):

  • Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Do not share access with unauthorized individuals.
  • All misuse, unauthorized messages, or account spamming will result in immediate suspension.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • No refunds on completed digital goods or services.
  • Monthly/Subscription services can be cancelled with written notice.
  • Unused service credits (SMS, WhatsApp) are not transferable.

Limitation of Liability

Zia Infotech shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data due to client-side issues.
  • Delays caused by third-party tools, APIs, or government restrictions.
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

Liability is limited to the value of the service contract.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on respective service Pricing Pages. Final billing is based on:

  • Custom quotations and scope.
  • Government taxes and bank charges (if applicable).
  • Payment options via Payment Page

SLA and Support

We offer different support plans depending on your service category. SLAs are agreed upon in writing for high-availability projects.

Standard support: 10 AM – 6 PM IST, Mon–Sat.

  • Emergency tickets via WhatsApp or email (response within 6 hours).
  • Paid maintenance or upgrade requests are quoted separately.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

  • Terms are violated.
  • Payments are overdue by more than 15 days.
  • Abuse or illegal use is detected.

In such cases, access to portals and services may be restricted.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued usage constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
